Return Policy Items are accepted for Refund if returned in new condition within 30 Days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt. Refunds will be given in the same method of payment as the original purchase. If the item was a gift, it may be returned within the 30 day period for a store credit. Items returned after 30 days in new condition will be given a store credit. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return or credit to be processed once we receive the item at CUZZI'S MEN'S STORE. Shipping Policy Standard Shipping We ship "in stock" merchandise within 48 business hours. If you order any merchandise that is not available, it will be noted on your packing list with your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped. All backorders that remain after original shipments are shipped by US Mail or Standard UPS ground without any additional shipping/handling charges. Express/2nd Day Shipping We will ship "in stock" merchandise the same business day (Monday-Friday only) if your order is placed by 1:00pm. EST. If your order is placed after 1:00pm EST or on weekends, your order will ship the next business day. All backorders that remain after original shipments are shipped by US Mail or Standard UPS ground without any additional shipping/handling charges. Receipt of Order Please inspect your package and all contents at time of receipt. All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days after your order has been received.
